Chaos Sorcerer's special summon is not an effect and doesn't start a chain.

Chariot can't negate special summon. Solemn Judgment can. Dark Simorgh's special summon is considered as an ignition-effect. It start a chain, and Chariot can negate it while Solemn Judgment can't.

Gorz's effect to special summon itself isn't always in damage step. Ookazi might as well trigger his effect. Found nothing wrong in the current original post. It can't negate Masked Dragon's effect, right? Divine Wrath, you don't need to destroy him in order to negate the entire effect. Answers would be much appreciated.
