Separated in to departments so they could be delivered to. Then I scheduled for parts be delivered to business. I stocked remaining inventory. I shipped parts, returned parts. I did shipping and returns for main office. I did inventory every night. I unloaded trucks with fork lift. Pros cook outs, Christmas party. Cons none. It was my first customer service job so that was a lot of help. At times some new things were a little difficult for me but i finally picked it up.

Pros fun atmosphere. Cons some new task was difficult. Overall this was a great opportunity a fantastic facility to work with an owner as well I was afforded the chance to be able to grow be educated and enjoy and reap the benefits of positive input for growth for the dealership.

Pros Lot of opportunities for outings and lunches with the entire staff. Cons The owners ultimately sold the dealership to the Coggin group. It was a job. I closed deals, trained the salesman, assisted customers with there purchases after the sell and balanced the salesman schedules. I have learn that every car sale is not the same. Having and open mind a listening to the customers needs goes a long way. The hardest part of my job is not reaching my set goals and the most enjoyable is increasing the bottom line.

Pros Growth of employee's. In order to make any sort of money being a sales associate you needed to be there from open to close every day and it takes a lot out of you trying to be there that many hours.
