Where is crystalsong forest in wow

Crystalsong Forest is a zone on the continent of Northrend in the World of Warcraft game. The zone has a forest environmental feel to it. Crystalsong Forest has quests for players leveled There is a major city in this zone called Dalaran. The area is not controlled by either faction and has quests for both factions. There are no dungeons or raids located in this zone.

Crystalsong Forest is as the name says, a forest but one that is sparse populated compared to other zones. It seems likely that Blizzard will use this zone when adding content for The Silver Covenant and Sunreaver Sanctuary, so we may see quest hubs and flightpaths being added in the not-so-distant future, which will allow us to gain reputation with whichever faction you have access to.

Comment by This zone eminates sadness Comment by Rhelan There are 4 beasts in this zone. Two of which are faction-aligned, so I wouldn't try attacking either. The other two do not drop Chilled Meat. For the Sewer Stew quest, you gather the carrots just underneath via teleport, flight or sewers but do not go wandering round looking for a beast that drops meat too! Comment by error10 It's possible to engage in PvP combat at the Violet Stand but the NPCs there will promptly gank you in response, much the same as in the goblin towns. Comment by adamb10 The ToC raid and argent tournament were originally going to be in crystalsong but the performance of Dalaran in the zone made it unacceptable and thus it got moved to Icecrown.

Comment by Comment by Amykitty I rushed through questing in Borean Tundra to quest here because it looked like a great place for druid-like quests because of its peaceful and naturalistic look.

I was highly dissapointed to find no quests or any npcs at all. Crystalsong Forest has only one settlement of any sort. The golems are not technically alive and are always busy here, so they have no camp anywhere. Travelers who are allowed entrance set up camp anywhere the ground is level enough and open enough, but they never stay long. Only the dragons remain. Crystalsong has few residents, though they defend the forest effectively. Its crystals contain mysterious and impressive magic, enough to tempt any arcanist or tinker.

At the Violet Stand , a group of Kirin Tor mages led by Gatekeeper Melindra stand guard against the encroaching blue dragonflight , and above, the great enchanted city of Dalaran hovers in place, with a large populace of its own.
